let go of the clutter.

in this journaling exercise

begin by closing your eyes

tuning in to the consciousness insides

and ask your soul the following questions…

  • what is cluttering my mind that is unnecessary + may be holding me back in some way?

  • what is one thought I can begin to shift whenever it arises in order to move forward?

  • how can I let this go?

listen…

and begin to write down whatever comes to mind + heart

no need to judge

using your stream of consciousness

simply write.

punctuation,

grammar,

spelling,

vulnerability (eh hem, you’re free to be your most vulnerable)

doesn’t matter… no one will see this but you (+ your guidance team)

no one is judging you.

when you’re ready to write

take a deep breath in

and as you breath outwaterfall your consciousness from your mind down to the area of your heart or gut and listen there.

as you continue to breathe

listen

and when you’re ready

and grounded

open your eyes

begin writing

whatever comes through…

even if it begins a bit “superficial” or something that you do not fully resonate with

trust the process

if you must write

“I intend to go to the store to get my cat some more food… then go to the post office”

then do..

or write the questions down… then continue by answering them from the heart

trust something will come

and write at least two pages full.

you’re more likely to write or type more than two pages worth as there are so many insights

that will be delivered to you

when you’re open the process.

again, here are the three questions to keep in mind as you write…

  • what is cluttering my mind that is unnecessary + may be holding me back in some way?

  • what is one thought I can begin to shift whenever it arises in order to move forward?

  • how can I let this go?

listen…

if you’re not vibing with this today,

that’s okay

practice again tomorrow

and see where the magic leads…

thank you for shifting your consciousness and raising your vibration in the process.

aho.
