to begin,

write the above question down with a pen (you vibe with) and a notebook, journal, or paper.

(handwriting is highly recommended so your subconscious mind can better translate what you scribe)

let’s pretend (or not) for a moment, you are someone who may not have a habit of writing in the morning.

that’s okay.

let’s pretend (or not) you’re someone who does write in the morning, but during the day you feel as though you are either stuck or just meandering aimlessly on autopilot — and every evening you feel little to no accomplishment toward the pursuit of your dreams.

many high achieving beings receive more clarity and direction about what they intend to do that day when they write it down —- just a few or three things to act on the inspired ideas or dancing with the universe to make it happen.

in the morning, after your rise, before the chaos of the day influences your mind — that is the most sensitive time in which i (and most people i know) receive the messages we need in order to have heightened clarity, productivity, energy, and courageous grit.

when we ask ourselves these questions with the intention of gaining clarity on our next move, we not only increase our chances of better showing up for ourself, but we show the universe that we are following the inspired thought whispers planted.

the thought whispers that gave us this desire to achieve this dream… (so please, do not give it to someone else… we’ve got this!)

listen, feel, + write the first thing that comes to mind every morning with these few + simple questions.

  • what am i most looking forward to today?

  • who is the kind of person i intend to be today?

  • what are one or two of the bigger dreams i’m working towards today?

  • what are the top three priorities that must get done today (no more, no less)

  • who is an important person or people that i must show up as my best self for today?

  • what are my words of encouragement that i can remind myself whenever i’m thrown off track or stressed out?

  • just for today, what is one bad habit i can let go of?

  • what are the big dreams i’m keeping in mind that i intend to pursue, even if i am not working toward them today.

  • when the sun sets, what would i like to feel when i rest my eyes tonight?

dear 2019 self,

questions for exploring your intrinsic Self to bring your light into 2019, and manifest your truest desires. but first, perhaps it’s time to release some energy that is no longer serving you. releasing that energy from inside your body onto a pen and paper.

then, here are some suggestions… only suggestions: perhaps write after a meditation or walking in nature and use the power of stream of consciousness to get in a flow before you answer questions. (non-stop. anything. everything. no judgment. may not make sense. but you don’t put the pen down.)

first, set an intention

during this writing session ask that you will find clarity for how you plan to pursue your 2019. and perhaps, be used as a vessel to deliver a message your intrinsic Self needs to hear.

  • what have you officially let go (especially after writing it down here)?

the paper to hold dear and set aside… (or burn with a positive release in the ethers).

  14. What is something you want to accomplish, but you’re afraid to accomplish within the next 6 months?

  15. What is one baby step you can take this week to move toward that goal? (i.e. research, outline, call a friend in the industry for advice, read a book)

  16. Close your eyes and envision yourself achieving this goal. Take many moments. Many minutes. Time yourself if need be. Play music if it’s hard to tune in or listen to a guided meditation beforehand. Enjoy, then immediate come back to your journal. What did you just experience and how did it make you feel?

Happy New Year

and happy new beginning for you to plant your soul desires... your seeds... to bloom in 2018.

The new year may seem like an arbitrary date to some, but we can also treat it as a worldly agreement for humans to be blessed with a clean beginning.

a re-birth for all, if you will.

So... let's throw yesteryear's old soil away...

And let's begin the year the right way...

No need to rush.

Take this time, this month, to simply plant the seeds of what you hope to manifest in 2018.

During this first month, let's take root and ground ourselves into the new year with the intention to grow and flourish throughout the rest of 2018.

How and where will you be planting your seed for 2018?

This month, as a collective soul tribe, let's practice the following grounding rituals at least twice a week so when we peak over the soil and confidently bloom.

For those of us who are energetically sensitive, grounding is the key to our empowerment.

To be sensitive is not a weakness.

It allows us the power of empathy, which enables us to be able to deeply connect with others and serve. The flip side of this is that when we are not grounded and do not practice self care, we can take on other energies and start to feel overwhelmed.

Just as you cannot use a phone that is not charged, we cannot show up for anyone if we have not first shown up for ourselves.

Do this grounding ritual in order. Should only take 1-2 hours.

MEDITATE

Get yourself into a high vibrational state before you begin to write, visualize and plant your seed. Feel free to use any of the exclusive soul tribe meditations here. 

WRITE YOUR INTENTION FOR 2018

After your meditation, ask yourself...

what is the one thing I want to improve upon so I can flourish this new year?

then, in your journal or in the notes of your phone, write down a one word theme that resonates with how you would like to approach this new year.

Maybe you want to... 

  • expand your creativity
  • take more action
  • be more productive
  • have more focus and drive
  • feel abundant
  • be healthy and clean
  • fitter spiritually and physically
  • create more of your own magic

There's no write or wrong, just whatever resonate with your heart's (and gut's) desire.

Next... write a paragraph or two or list the many things you would like to accomplish this year. 

CONNECT WITH NATURE

Since the rhythm of nature is one of balance and pure love, spending time in nature is essential to connecting to our natural state.

Dare to walk barefoot on the dirt, gravel, sand or grass... feeling the earth beneath your feet.

There is a connection to every part of your body in your feet, so it is very cleansing to give your feet a natural massage on the earth.

By connecting to the earth’s negative ionic charge, it is like a reset for our systems.

Just listen... as you breath in and feel the temperature of the air wind against your skin.

Observe the thoughts and feelings that arise...

...and maybe... just maybe visions of your year will come to mind... maybe nudges of actions you need to take will arise.

(If you live in a concrete jungle or it's too cold to go outside, that's fine. Just being outside or finding mindful movement indoors will stimulate the thoughts and feelings that need to come to surface. Maybe take a yoga class or commute to a place far away with scenery and greenery).
